| Bio: | Wife, mother, daughter, friend and now nana. I'm 36 years old, happily married to a great guy and have three children - 1 girl and 2 boys. And now I have a grandson. I have 2 sisters who I love very much, even though we don't spend much time together. I'm very content with my life. I'm always trying to find a way to improve my health without medicines. I am a firm believer that medicines can cause as much harm as good ( I do believe they are a necessary evil at times). I no longer drink, smoke or do any drugs. My plan is to add more raw fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds to my diet and to start practicing yoga (at home due to financial and time restraints). And to lay off the processed foods -tortilla chips are my downfall, along with sour cream.
